  4. We respect the bilingual nature of Welsh communities, recognising the use of the Welsh language.
  5. The business will also endeavour to provide suitable accessibility arrangements wherever possible.
  6. We understand that equality activities benefit, attract and retain staff.
  7. We are registered as an accredited living wage employer.
  8. We are a Disability Confident employer.
  9. We encourage delivering equality and good practice through our suppliers.
  10. We ask suppliers for a copy of their Equal Opportunities Policy.

We expect all employees, clients, and customers to comply with this policy and to treat each other with respect and dignity at all times. Any breaches of this policy will be taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action.

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure that it remains up-to-date and effective.
