Policy

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

  • Information you provide when you contact us, request a portal link, book a call, or start an enquiry such as a Technical Review, Tape Review, or Collaboration Block request. This can include your name, email address, organisation, and the details you choose to share about the work.
  • Basic technical and usage information needed to run the site, protect it, and understand how it is being used. This can include page paths, page URLs, referrer information, UTM campaign parameters, broad source attribution, and simple interaction events such as page views, CTA clicks, and portal handoff clicks.
  • Security and anti-abuse signals needed to protect public forms and intake routes, including rate-limiting, fraud-prevention, and human-verification data where used.

How we use it

We use this information to:

  • respond to enquiries and arrange calls
  • prepare proposals, reviews, and delivery work where relevant
  • run, secure, and improve the website and related intake processes
  • understand which pages, campaigns, referrers, and owned sites are generating legitimate business enquiries or portal activity

Analytics and tracking

  • We use privacy-light analytics to understand how the website and related portal entry points are being used.
  • For anonymous browsing on the public marketing site, we aim to keep tracking cookieless and lightweight. We do not rely on browser-stored anonymous IDs for basic marketing analytics.
  • Our own analytics events may include page context, referrer information, campaign parameters, and source markers so we can understand where enquiries and portal journeys came from.
  • Higher-value events, such as contact submissions or portal-link requests, may be recorded server-side together with the source and campaign context available at the time of the request.
  • Where a user explicitly identifies themselves by submitting a form or entering a portal flow, analytics and operational records may be linked to that identified interaction.

Cookies and similar technologies

  • We do not currently rely on cookies for our own basic anonymous marketing analytics.
  • The two third-party services that may use cookies or similar technologies in connection with this site are:
  • Cal.com, when you choose to follow a booking link to schedule a call.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, when you open and use the contact form so we can reduce abuse and spam.
  • These tools are only invoked when you take the relevant action, rather than being loaded for every page view.
  • You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some site features may not work properly if related services are blocked.

Sharing your information

We use trusted providers to host the website, process enquiries, handle booking, support analytics, and support normal business operations. These may include infrastructure, email, booking, form protection, and analytics providers. We may also share information where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed to deal with the enquiry, provide the service, run the website responsibly, support proportionate reporting, or meet legal and accounting obligations.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information we hold. No online system is perfect, but we try to keep the handling of data proportionate and responsible.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information where we are not required to keep it. You can also ask questions about our use of analytics and attribution data. To do that, contact us directly.

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
