The Problem
There was a need to efficiently manage and query extensive record data stored on Tape, while removing extraneous information to streamline accessibility.
The Solution
We developed a system to extract essential data from Tape, eliminating unnecessary details. This data was then transferred to OpenAI’s vector storage. Additionally, I created an AI assistant capable of accessing the vector storage and integrated a chat-bot on Tape, enabling users to query the assistant for specific information like recent invoices or upcoming birthdays.

The solution enhanced data accessibility and usability, allowing users to swiftly obtain detailed information through simple queries, thus improving operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
